Dr Cossack, My private messager won't work,i am not on very
often but when I get on at the library i will check my pm's. I am not at the library very often though.
If you can work this out I would be most happy.

Most likely your browser is blocking popups. You will have to change your browser's settings to allow popups (specifically for this site). If the PM does not work at the library, do not change the library's settings (but if they were smart, they would have locked such commands for normal users).
