I'm not a health nut myself, but I do pay attention to what I purchase. If I see something that's got tons of sugar, trans fat or salt, I'll look for a better alternative. For example, it was really hot this weekend and I spent part of an afternoon outside, so I could have gone to purchase a slush or something like that. Instead, I went home and made myself a smoothie based on frozen fruits and milk. It's as refreshing yet it's got no added sugar!
