Megaman DOS and Megaman DOS 3 (No 2.) are crappy games. No music. Bland stage design. (Torch Man has a WATER stage.) Ugly graphics. Only about three enemies from the original games are there. Easy bosses. Both Wily Machines are just giant computers with legs.
On a side note, Wave Man, Oil Man, and Blade Man make early appearances. Blade Man is even purple! And this is the only game to have SWIMMING ANIMATIONS.

I did pick him because he was weak to fire and because of the giant robots in the background when battling him. Didn't think about his name being a mythical reference as well. Good riddle!
