Okay, I need serious help. I just started doing a "Enker's Tale" fan dub, and now the site has been "suspended". What does this mean?

More importantly, does anybody know of another site where the comic may have been hosted? I need to get my hands on pages 33 - 250 (at least). Please help me! I'm desperate!

A suspended site can mean a lot of things, depending of the host: bandwidth exceeded, bill unpaid, terms of service violations, disk space issues, unscheduled maintenance... It's hard to say, really.
