So...the following is a panel from the 'Black Lagoon' manga.

The black haired fellow is Rokuro "Rock" Okajima, one of the series' protagonists. A white-collar worker who gets dragged into the life of piracy led by the rest of the crew that run the ship bearing the series' name. The dapper blonde gut-punching him is Chaka, one of the ne'er-do-wells they encounter on their travels.

The most entertaining part, the majority of us here being Rockman/Megaman aficionados, is that the English voice actors for Rock and Chaka are the same actors from the EXE series anime, for Lan Hikari and Mr. Famous respectively.

I guess Famous just couldn't take it anymore!
