	Maybe it's just my odd sense of humor. But I really wish Axl was a girl, he seems pretty hyperactive. He could go on and on about pink armor if he was a girl. Just seems so lame to me otherwise. "Oh, it's that third guy..that uh..has two guns and white pointed things..yeah." So I'm writing in to Capcom for a gender change.

	Actually, I think Hollow makes a good point in an obscure way. ^^ Other than X8's sorry excuse for having female playable characters, the X games have never had a real strong female lead... Just annoying Alia and dead Iris. I think if instead of Axl they'd put in a strong female lead, it could have been interesting... Depending on how good the execution was, of course. But... since this is Capcom we're talking about, I don't know if I have much faith in a good execution of anything anymore. x.x But hey, ZX has a female playable lead, and I think she's pretty darned cool. ^^ See? 	Yeah, Rioni got it right. I think three dudes is a little much for a game like MMX...I dunno, maybe I'm used to just playing as Megaman. But when you run out of gimmicks..(X has the gun, Zero the sword)..I just think a gender change would have made things pretty different regardless of Axl using..two guns. Plus as Rioni also said, there hasn't been a strong female lead in any of the X games, and there has never been a female Hunter showcased other than in the ending of X5 and the ones you rescue in X6 (and all of them were nameless). It's just tedious. At first I wanted the X series to have more human interaction, but now I'll settle for some girls showing up..because all we have is Alia. I know they're reploids and it doesn't matter in the end, but it just is a change of pace.

She doesn't need extra help, she wasn't kidnapped, she doesn't hit on all the male characters... In fact, almost any change to him would be an improvement, I can't stand him so much. x.x I think they should've had a tough tomboyish chick instead of him. 	I gotta agree with Break on this one. If they had made him a girl, we'd have to deal with a teenage female robot with weapons: never a good combination. 	Well, personally, a hyperactic robot chick with guns would be pretty hot! Besides, it'll add more diversity in the future MMX titles. Like Ri said about the navigators in X8: that was pitiful! Dude, not all female characters are all "Eek, save me!" or "Hey big boy...". Yeah, Princess Peach, Zelda, and Amy Rose are like that, but not Samus. 	It didn't take X 6 games to change. I will tell you that X in X5 is markedly different from X in X1.
