Listening to some SMRPG music while playing X4, and I began to think about Geno. What if he was a Reploid? I had to draw it, since I need more practice. And I'm actually quite happy with it.

Anyone familiar with Geno's origin will understand the starry motif. Anyone not, Geno is a spirit that comes from Star Road that was sent down to Mario's world to help repair the damage caused by Smithy, or wishes will no longer be granted. Geno's quest brought him to Rose Town, where he took the form of a boy's doll, modeled after a puppet. Geno's Flower Power symbol is a red star, represented behind him as he charges up his Geno Beam.

I'm actually quite proud of how this came out, and I really like the effect the Burn and Dodge tools had on it. While the background is simple, I think it's fitting for a Star Warrior, right?

First thought: Oh hey Geno, it's been a while.
Second thought: Wait, those legs are out of the X series!

Using the burn tool can be dangerous, but you pulled it off quite well. The background is shiny and busy, but the simple fact that it's blurry keeps Geno as the core element of the picture. Fun concept!
