Alright, so when I got to open up pages on the site it'll come up with some thing on the top instead of the buttons for the different parts of the site. And it won't let me view the page without refreshing. SOmetimes even if I refresh it, it won't work? Anyone else have this happening?

That's not very descriptive. What part of the site gives you that problem? And what is the "thing" appearing at the top of the page?

That's the top menu, linking to the various sections of the website. That means that the page isn't loading completely on your side, which is probably a connection issue somewhere between your computer and the server. Is anyone else running into the same situation?
