The wrench in the background seems a little "just thrown in there". Maybe either take it out or put a few more tool silhouettes scattered about. Other than that, very nice poster exercise/project! I like it. 
It's impressive how you got the old paper / coloring effect just right. I'm not sure about the wrench myself, but other than that, the composition is good.
