Awesome X figure, if I do say so myself.

Goes on sale in Japan next April. Not sure when it will come here, but if the Kotobukiya Rockman figures made it here, I see no reason why this wouldn't either.

And evidently in the bottom left corner of the above pic, "ZERO" is printed underneath the info about X. It looks like a Zero D-Arts figure will be released around the same time as X, according to the info underneath Zero's name.

I meant to do a topic about this too.

That X figure really IS awesome, there's no way around it. I've already got several different models of X at home, yet this one is also tempting because it looks just like the character art, down to the possible poses and buster shots.

A matching Zero will probably look great too, but it'd be nice for them to go beyond the three core playable characters. I'd like to get a Sigma, an Alia, or even a Gate.

Sigma, FTW! I'm surprised they haven't made a figure of him, other than a few cheap mini-figures. Sigma needs a figure the most!

I could see Vile being created.

If you're not afraid of an expensive kit, they could make one based on X8's Neutral Armor. You could start from the basic X, then equip the Icarus and Hermes parts, or even switch them all to get the Ultimate Armor!

More pics and a review (in Japanese)

The packaging looks a little generic. The figure is supposedly 5 inches tall. Looks like this line of figs will go great with the Kotobukiya Rockman set.

The figure should be released in May here.

Zero.

It's the X1 version, which is kind of surprising. Maybe they plan on releasing characters chronologically?

Next comes Sigma, Vile, X1 fully upgraded Armor, some potential X1 Mavericks.

Full Armor from X1 is lookin' good!

FYI, it will be it's own separate figure. So it won't be released as just custom parts for the original X. This means you don't have to buy the original X twice if you want to display both variations side by side.

Release date is looking to be around September, but I think that only applies for Japan.

Neat.

I'm waiting to see how much these will retail for in the US, alongside with the Kotobukiya set. They've got potential, I just hope they'll move beyond Mega Man / X / Zero soon: I like to have some variety!

I don't normally get figures, but... well, if they make an Ultimate Armor X...

Or a Magma Dragoon... I'll get one. Especially if it's Dragoon.

I expected him to come with his fully charged, "spiral" shot.

Oh well. Here's hoping this isn't the last Armored X we'll get! I love the X2 and X3 armors!

Moving this over to the multiple Mega Man series forum because...

Bass AND Treble are most likely on their way!

I haven't got any of the D-Arts or Kotobukiya stuff yet, but we're finally aiming for the fun characters. Bass is one character that I could go with, and if they decide to go forward with the production of their Sigma prototype, then I'm definitely in!

There Is a Sigma in production, Classic Mega man with Rush and Mettaur are now available. They're working on Black Zero, Sigma, another Vile figure, a Ride armor, and then a Bass with Trebble.

Keep in mind that they haven't announced all of these for production yet. They've got prototypes, but the marketing decision itself hasn't been done yet.

I didn't even see Treble holy damn I want just him, screw Bass, his dog is so much cooler than he is.

I also want Sigs, bu that's a given.

I got the Zero version 1 for my birthday. These figures are so much better than the Bandai ones that it's insane. I'm waiting for someone to stop liking their version 2 Zero and I'll get that one too.

They sold out of X and are doing a second print, so when the seconds come out (I think June) his price will drop again. I'll be getting one then.

I thought Zero would sell out first so I got him first. But I don't think they're reprinting him (not sure) so I'm glad I got him anyway, he's rising in price as well.

Speaking of badass...

This big fellow has no articulation points due to it's size and complexity, but I don't really care. Now I'm really tempted to get him and Ultimate Armor X then place both in front of each other on a shelf.
