Topic: Bye Capcom Unity! - Interordi Forums

Your random little tidbit of the day. The whole Mega Man PC Website thing started out with a few visitors mostly from the Capcom BBS, their forums at the time.

Today, Capcom announced that they'll be shutting down their current iteration of forums at Capcom Unity, with no replacement planned. It was the last descendant of the old BBS.

Coincidence: They're shutting down on 6 May, which happens to be the 20th anniversary of the MMPC Website!

Oh, the memories I have of that original Capcom BBS. A lifetime ago, to think this old man was the resident lamb of that herd. That place was the very first internet community I ever joined. The internet itself was a completely different place back then - but those weekend chatrooms with you, Packard, Bigazzhead, Porobot, Null, Kujacker, Elusive Blues.. those were a lot of fun and will forever live on in my memories.

Sad to see the community in it's most recent version come to an end, but cool to see this place is still here. I still regret changing my Napoleon theme. LMAO. Long live the king!
