Is Capcom leting other MMBN fans from diffrent states send in robot master designs or are they only haveing the contest in Japan?

I recall in the MM6 contest Capcom let America have two robot masters Knightman and Windman so I don\'t see why they shouldn\'t let all the states send in MMBN Navi designs...

Yes MMBN1 is out it\'s just rare a lot of people like it the only sure way of geting MMBN1 is to buy it off the internet as for MMBN2 it isn\'t out but on june the 11th it will be for sale, I\'m no woker or anything but It would be a good idea to preorder MMBN2...

Are you from Japan? You guys are the ones who get the better games! Everything we get is usually watered down, or we don\'t get it at ALL!!! You guys have an assload of Rockman games I would love to own, but never will \'cause I\'m too much of a chickenshit to actually get a mod chip and install it to my PSX. While use (you\'se/ whoever you spell it) are eager to flame the hell out of Capcom to release the game earlier, I am still sitting here in Australia where the MMBN2 game doesn\'t even come out until christmas.

YEA, so look how fortunate you guys/gals are, compared to me....
Anything new or exciting that comes out here is almost 100% out in the US or Canada or Japan have already released it.
