It's strange, isn't it? People sit there and fight over a boss for hours, days, even weeks or months and they don't get anywhere. So they get one little cheat, hint or helpful hack and they are labelled for it. Funny how it works? In real life, don't most people look for the easy way out? Why, I for one have seen many a person slack their way through work just because it's easier. So why, if you don't bother them about that, would you come to a thread based on cheating/hacking and bother us about something you dislike? A simple solution is for people to steer clear of this thread if they dislike the topic. Sound easy? That's cause it is. Anyways, just wanted to get that out of my system. Wasn't talking to anyone in particular, it was just getting on my nerves.
Ahem, now, as you know, both the CodeBreaker and the GameShark use coding to hack the game's internal setup.
Each item/character is represented by a series of codes.
Now the gameshark usually bases itself on a whole series of code. Like the famous "All Stats Max" code, while the CodeBreaker usually bases itself on a single code.
Note the size of the coding as well. Gameshark codes are smaller than Codebreaker codes. For example:
A CodeBreaker code could be:
33005220 0003
While the same code for the Gameshark is:
05102464
So basically, Gameshark lets you cheat quickly, while the Codebreaker lets you cheat specifically. At least, that's how I think it works. But I may be wrong. Best to check for yourself.
"Well crap! You mean he actually DID have a bomb? Guess we're pretty screwed then, eh?"
