You know, that is quite a good point. "Axl" would have to change into something else, though. Not "Axelle" as was suggested, but... what about "Myriad"? Sounds like a pretty darn good girl Reploid name to me, AND fits with the character well enough. And instead of two guns, perhaps hand-to-hand combat like Cinnamon has, or with the feet? That'd be rather original. Or perhaps something like, for example, a shield? Colour scheme should be a little different. No pink, so *she* can keep on going on and on how cool *her* version of the Ultimate Armour is: "Pink Myriad"! Perhaps a kind of yellow combined with black. And the hair goes down and won't get any longer (or she'll get hair-length compition from Zero), and more reddish. I hate the orange. Orange goes better for armour-colours.

And the reason I didn't mention the Command Mission girls was that I was thinking more traditional Megaman platforms... You don't exactly run around and kill stuff with them the same way on CM. =P

I changed the chest armor, and of course the face and hair a bit, but really, I mostly left his design the same. I might color this sometime. It was kinda fun to draw.

I don't think Break was referring to the character's physical design... and he meant a comparison between male Axl and Pallete, not female Axl and Pallete.

I agree all the way with RD there. And didn't Axl talk whiny and annoying in X7?

Also Capcom has done one good female lead: Mia Fey. Sure she's got cleavage up the wazoo and is pretty, but she's intelligent and tough.

That was all pencil, lol. I cleaned it up with a kneaded eraser, too... Which you can find at your local office max for like, seventy five cents. I also tweaked the contrast a bit in Photoshop to darken the lines up a bit. ^^ When I do ink, I usually use a micron .02 mm micron technical pen. They're like... two or three bucks. Or sometimes a ballpoint pen. ... Okay, probably more information than you needed. ^^; Sorry for babbling!

It is very nice. I commend you, Rioni. It actually reminds me a lot of Mana.EXE's artwork, the way you did the lines.

Mana's gotten godly as of late. I've been keeping up with her DA account. You have gotten amazing as well, Rioni. Even more so than you two were originally, I mean. XD

On another note, I like Axl. His voice was pretty realistic sounding in Command Mission, and his power was fun to use. I never played X7 though, so if he was terrible in that, I wouldn't know. I liked him okay in X8 too though. And I liked all of the navigators.

Axl is a quiet, calm, patient type. If he were to become a bad guy during the X series, he would make a truely wicked boss. I say this because, look at Double, he pulled it off quite nicely, thats why he has got to be my number one favorite character in the entire X series.

Axl would've been better as a girl.

But the fanfiction would've been unstoppable.

Right but that's the point. Axl is a pointless character anyway so why not make him interesting? It's not like him being a girl would make the series sell poorly.

Besides..if he was a stacked girl, sales would go UP.
