Honestly, I didn't expect it to take this long for somebody to figure it out...especially sense my username is Juno.

Like a beast of ancient times - This refers to the painting in the museum that features a blue clad hero fighting a sphinx-like beast with Juno's head.
Or a madman of the future - Juno is obviously crazy, and though his technology is technically ancient it is rather futuristic at the same time.

Where is your mind? - Clearly refers to the statement he makes about Trigger's memory loss
Who or what am I? - People have speculated about whether Juno is a male, female, or "it". But, one must also wonder just what kind of creature has arms that float apart from its body? As for the "Who", we all wondered just who this guy was when we first accidentally woke him up.

Take all that, wrap it up, and you have Bureaucratic Model 3rd Class Mega Man Juno, the Master Key of Kattelox Island.

DING DING DING!! YZ steals the answer from under Juno's feet! Dynamo Man's ability to recharge himself is definitely unique among the robot masters, and one of the most shocking things to happen in Mega Man & Bass when you see it in action for the first time! He's one of my favorite characters on the original series, especially since he's got a nice design.
