how can I fight Bass in MMBN5 Colonel?
I can't find him anywhere.

Simple, After you beat the game eventually you get into Nebula Area I Beat the DS navis once after you beat the first Nebula GRey king of chaos go back and beat the DS navis again with acombined beat time between 2.00.1 minutes and 3.00.1 minutes.

where will he be? i lost my gameshark so i will have to practice my busting skills for this.

You have to fight the Nebula Gray Version of bass, then Bass will randomly appear in the last area of Nebula. Once you beat him in one of the random encounter battles, you will the the Forte Symbol on the start screen.

Well, first you must explain which game you're playing. There are 5 in all (excluding the doubles such as blue and white, redsun and blue moon, protoman and colonel).

On my megaman nt warrior battle network 3 blue im kind of stuck when battling the navis for a "ranking" in other words if u have any tips plz inform me :conf:

Well, what part? I know the locations to navis #1, 2, 3, 4 ,5, and 6 are by heart. I know that one of the 7, 8, 9, and 10 is in Hades net, one in the hosp comp, one in principles pc.

1: Secret net
2: battle comp in DNN studio
3: undernet 4 (bottom of ramp)
4, 5, and 6: Destroyed by gutsman before fighting #3.

Does that help? You dont NEED to fight #1 as a part of the storyline. That's special.

i need a folder suggestion to beat nebula grey in team colonel.
can anyone help me?

Team colonel... ouch. If you had team protoman, I would suggest an all sword folder… I haven’t played team colonel so Im not familiar with the souls. Just have anything that attacks at long range…

I'd advise to at least put Dark Invisibility in there for Chaos Shadow Soul. When the charged buster is going green-purple-green-purple-green-purple~ pause. If it's purple, release the A button and unpause to go into Dark Soul.

I'd also put in Dark Wide for Chaos Toad Soul. Same here with the charged buster. It is great, since you always hit NebulaGrey with it.

Also, put in quite some high level recovery chips. I had four Recovery300s. Best if they are the same code.

Also put in some good PA's. But none that attack panels. Don't pack ANY chips that change or affect or hit panels. That doesn't work a thing.

Also pack some wood chips for Tomahawk Soul. If it's possible (dunno if it is in BN5) put a Wood Stage into either your folder or Navi Customizer. And don't forget the Undershirt! I'd also put in enough Charge and Attack Ups, and same goes for health, like one 500+.

THat won't work, when going into Tomahawk soul the field auto changes to grass and the health comes back but very slowly.

Ahh, yes, that's right! Sorry, didn't remember.

Oh, and don't forget to put a handy chip as your regular. And I'd advise you to put in a Roll SP as well.

i am having trouble on MMBN3 Blue. The thing is, i have to get FOUR MORE MEGA CHIPS to fight the omega navis. i need:
BowlMan V4
MistMan V2
MistMan V3
and
MistMan V4
my question is, if you brother sucks at fighting MistMan, and you cant beat the game if he doesnt get you all the MistMan chips, HOW THE HELL DO YOU GET THEM?!

Yeah. Just beat it for him. If he wont let you... let him use your folder and programs (make sure you're going to get them back though!).

Uh I don't think there is a bass chip in Battle network 1.

On megaman bn3 do you have to beat all the time trail navis to get dark aura and be able to fight the omega navis. Or do you just need the v4/v3 chips

to get dark aura/serenade you have to beat the time trials.
to brandon, there is a bass chip in one, i will let you know how to get it when i remember.
ok found it. you can get it if you have a gameshark. i found this to back up my statement.

The Bass chip can ONLY be received by using a cheating device
*Game Shark/Action Replay*! For some time ago you could recieve it at
Capcom Give-Aways, but not anymore.

To get the dark aura you have to beat the time trials. To fight the omega navis, you have to have 5 stars... which means getting all of the v3 and v4 chips from BOTH games.

It's not that hard to counter Gutsman at the WWW base (forgot what it was called), so you can just grab bugfrags off him and use them to obtain almost every chip off the bugfrag trader.

Yah, that's what I did, I never got a custom style, and now I am only missing mistman: 3,4, Bowlman, 4

Yeah, but it does get annoying sometimes... fighting gutsman for so long, just to end up not getting the 3-4 chips that you do need. I ended up getting custom style then whipping bowlman just to get the v4 chip. Getting the team * chips (both of them) was a royal pain. I couldnt get them from the viruses and I didnt get them from the bugfrag trader... then I finally got team1 * in battle, then I found someone who gave me team 2* for something.

Anyway, It stinks that you can only have 1 style. I liked bn2 where you had 2 styles and you got to pick which ever one you wanted, when ever you wanted. It’ s much better than having to find a new style just to match the situation that your in, then having to struggle to get your old style back because you like it.

Hehe, I got most of my standard chips from comparing with someone, then getting 300,000 zennies (gosh I love that thing) then I bought them all! as for V4 chips, the bugfrag trader can be your freind

Gotta love the betting thing. Got me many a zenny. Didn't get alot of the V4 chips out of the trader things though. Think I got one out of the chip trader. BowlMan V4.
