Mega Man X, the fan movie
X Series, by Dr. Cossack on 12 April 2012 at 21:36

This is something you might have seen somewhere else already, but I do believe it's worth a repost.

A team of fans of the Mega Man X series came together to produce a short movie based on the events that occur before the start of X1. The live-action scenes come together quite well, and I recommend you spare it a few minutes. The entire clip is viewable on YouTube, while fans of the music can grab the soundtrack right here.

Takeshi Aono, voice of Dr. Wily, passes away at 76
Original Series, by Dr. Cossack on 10 April 2012 at 8:34

As reported by the Mega Man Network, voice actor Takeshi Aono passed away yesterday after being sick for the past two years. While he played multiple roles over many, many years, he was better known to Mega Man fans as the Japanese voice for Dr. Wily. He's been associated with the character for about as long as he's had a voice. The Rockman 10 Image Soundtrack included some clips by him, including this memorable speech where he declares to the world how he is the mastermind behind the Roboenza virus.

We'll miss him!
