Yes. But actually, Zero and X aren\'t Reploids. Reploids are a highly developed and advanced robotic \'race\' based of X\'s design. Cuzz Dr. Cain could not fully copy the design, Reploids differ from X and Zero.

although it was almost impossible to repair him to his original self. he was the best robot ever created, and i believe there weren\'t any blueprints left of him.

I don\'t see why X being dead is set in stone. After all, Zero\'s had pretty much every damn thing done to him that can be done. X just got his body blown up. That\'s nothing special, and as for his elf form, perhaps that just means that he can no longer manifest himself as an energy elf. Perhaps all that means is he needs to be rebuilt to appear in the physical realm.

I agree. Besides, they didn\'t make X\' death extremely over dramatized. We all know that when an important character dies, there\'s always an over-dramatized sob scene. I mean, they did for zero every time! Even in X1!:lol: AND X3!!(If you get his sword in one of the last stages) In X5 it was dramatic for both of them to die! Now in Z2, X got blowed up, owell, moving on. They didn\'t devote 5 minutes of reading solely to X\' death. Anime does it too!:eek:

Well, it’s a little disappointing that X is gone for good. Even though zero is usually the favorite among megaman players, x was still the main character in the x series. Though, in the later x games you had the option to play as zero.

If X’s spirit had still existed in the real world, ceil could’ve made him a new body… maybe.

Capcom wont stop the Zero series because it will make them lots of money. Plus, we don\'t yet know how or why Zero lost his memory. Well I suppose being asleep for a hundred years could do it but I doubt it.

Seriously, I don\'t honestly believe X is gone. Capcom has cheaply revived Zero far too many times from a \"final\" death for me to take this one seriously.

X says that he will leave FOR A WHILE So he cant be dead. I believe the Mother elf can rebuild him or maybe....

Besides Remember that since the mother elf was in X` body, she might know how to make a PERFECT copy (not like the 2 other ones) and/or she has X` DNA and they can copy his Personality Data.

Really really really, When X`s dead comes, Capcom should better do it the most dramatic and sad way possible.

The mother elf wasnt in x\'s body, his body just sealed it in something (why that big dome-looking thing… it looks like the dark elf comes out from that instead of x).

But, maybe it may have some sort of data on x.

X said that he would leave for a while… in the first two games! In the third, he says that he can no longer stay in this world.

new idea. Maverick Cyberelfs. special cyberelf, which can only be used by Mavericks, and Zero can switch between a Maverick and Reploid giving him new powers and weapons, but they won\'t last forever.

Honestly. Sigma has appeared TOO MANY TIMES!!! I just hope that it doesnt turn out the same way with weil. Like I said, the Zero series is beginning to turn out like the x series. If Zero 5 has weil as the last boss, Im not getting any others!
