I am currently renting SCIII. It\'s not bad at all best one I\'ve played but I felt it is much harder then SCII. Also I belive they changed the characters too much, like some of them don\'t have thier same voice, such as Raphiel and Siegfired. They also took away some of the things I liked about the character in their attitude, like Raphiel is too evil now and he\'s not like SCII he is cooler in that one. I did like the ingame movie clips and the idea they took from RE4 witch is press a button in a movie clip to stay alive, nice touch. I also enjoyed the opening movie it gave me more insight on the story. Welll this is a pretty good game I give it an 8.7.

I rented Soul Calibur III twice. I even got bit by the data corruption bug.. grrr.

It\'s a fun game but the AI is flat out horrible. Not because it\'s hard, because it isn\'t so much. If you find the right move you can do it repeatedly over to win the match. Funny that you have to learn what the AI won\'t guard against instead of teaching you to play with skill.

Outside of that though, it\'s a fun game. Strangely addictive.

I\'d say that yeah, the AI is awful. If the character\'s intelligence does increase, it is in the form of the inhuman impulse to mechanically guard break just about every stinking attack used. Usually, if an enemy is hard, it\'s because of some ridiculous power up they recieve or some awful handicap you bear. So yeah, the game does seem slightly less challenging at parts, but their\'s still enough hard junk to tie you over.

There are tons of new voices. Sueng Mina is hotter than ever, and I think her new voice is ok, even though her old one was very good. Cervantes voice actor is much more versatile and his lines are slightly more varied, but he doesn\'t say his \"hell\" lines quite as vividly. And Nightmare says, \"Drown in the cespool of darkness.\" +1 point right there.

I really liked the game. I\'m almost done with the basic stuff, although I still have lots of random stuff to buy and 2 or 3 bonus characters to unlock. Also, I still have to fight

Night Terror, somewhere.
Oh yeah, and to whom it may impress, you can even unlock custom character parts of a certain favorite Xenosagas character late into the game... I have yet to unlock these.
