To the question, I think that FMA is a total of fifty-something episodes. I\'m not sure where they\'re up to now, but I would say it should end sometime in the first half of 06.

Yes, that gun was a big surprise to me. They just don\'t seem his style. And I know there already is a movie (not in America) that I believe is set after that series (just how long, I don\'t know). I\'m going to be sad when it\'s all over, this is one of my favorite animes. I don\'t want it to be over! It still seems so new...

And by the way, there\'s a grand total of 51 episodes. Only 48, 49, 50, and 51 to go. About a month left until the end.

FMA manga is somewhere in the chapter 50\'s and it\'s still going on in Japan. It doesn\'t look like it\'ll finish any time at this point.

Well thats when the movie comes in, the movie is suppose to continue and finish the episodes. I think there are al least 56 or 58 episodes or something.

I cant believe that you guys didnt know about this before, I remember looking at a site that told me about this about 1 year ago and it told me that it would end at 51 and there would be no more. I think its pretty funny that you didnt know about this until now. At least they are not doing what they did to DBZ as Wind said, so this will be a good show and people will bye the episodes and they will go down in price eventually. Another thing is that they will probably bring back the show in about 2 years like they did with other shows like Neon genasis (dosnt know how to spell it) and Big O.
