*jaw dropped to the ground*soooo goooood
And so the sprites for MM8 AstroMan died. 15 times.
Those sprites are so awesome, Flare. Are the grey ones for people like... uh... what was his name... Metalshark Player? Or Metalplayer Shark? Aim told me that in X6, the guy is able to summon grey versions of Blast Hornet, Magna Centipede, and Sting Chameleon. Is that sprite for summoning him in that manner?

This is a little something DarkFlame and I worked on. This was fun.

Ai, I have a really stupid question. I\'m kinda working on a sprite sheet edit right now, and I\'m using Paint. But, whenever I define a custom color, it comes up with a basic color that\'s relatively close to the exact color I defined. Is there any way to solve this problem and actually use your defined colors?
I think I\'ve pinpointed the problem a little closer... it each saved Paint file only appears to be able to handle a few colors. The thunder I\'m using I\'m attempting to recolor from the a thunder weapon in an X game, and it seems that when I tried to transfer it over to my sprite sheet the colors changed to those of the original sprites on that sheet...
Anybody know how to fix this?

I dont know if this will work but things like that have happened to me and it worked, Select the outline box, then after there is an outline around the sprite then right click and hit copy. After that then open a new Paint window and select the outline box again and then right click in the white area and hit paste. Maybe after you do that it will let you do your colors.

Hey everyone! I finally finished the sprite sheet I\'ve been working on. It\'s for a robot I made up called Dullahan.

Thanks to Flareman and Elk for spriting tips. Thanks to www.sprites.planet-megaman.com for the sprites.
The base of the sprite, as I\'m sure you can all tell easily, is the Ride Armor from X2. I did some basic color edits for the body. The head is completely scratch, and I made some major edits to the back in parts where the wings would have been. The lighting rod is scratch, as is the sword blade. The motion for the lightning rod strike from the claws moving in to the thunder strike are original, though the E Spark from X1 was used as a base, I did some heavy editing colorwise and corrected the connection points. The retraction effect is my own.
I hope it turned out OK, it\'s probably the biggest thing I\'ve ever sprited anyway.
*evil laugh*i know the sprites you used but there quite good none the less
