Elpizo seemed to exhibit some traits of megalomania. At first, he felt awkward for being made the Resistance Leader by Ciel, but as time progressed, he ended up feeling grandiose and self-important. He ended up firmly convinced that he was special and that he could only be understood by others who were special i.e. Ciel and Zero. It could also be argued that he was \"interpersonally exploitative\" i.e. uses others, such as the Dark Elf and Baby Elves, to achieve his own needs.

He developed an arrogant nature and acted haughtily, feeling superior, omnipotent and invincible. Elpizo seemed to also suffer from persecutory, paranoid delusions, constantly wishing to destroy the object of his frustration i.e. Neo Arcadia, and believed that Neo Arcadia felt the same way about him.

After his invading forces were killed in Neo Arcadia, his ideal image of himself and his plans were destroyed. He developed a sense of self-inadequacy, which he sought to rectify by finding the Dark Elf and gaining its power. It can also be argued that he developed a narcissitic view of himself, wanting to become more powerful in order to maintain the illusion of his grandiose nature in the eyes of other people.

In the end, Elpizo took a similar but opposite stance to Copy X; instead of wishing to exterminate Reploids for the good of mankind, Elpizo wanted to exterminate humans for the good of the Reploids.

In the Telos drama tracks, it is noted that he loved the system of Neo Arcadia because he found it supremely well managed. Perhaps, this love of the organised helped to develop the militaristic attitude he took to rebelling against Neo Arcadia and inevitably made him go insane when his organised plans fell apart.



Hate to break it to you, but your evidence is severely lacking. All you have to go on is the name \"Weil\". A similarity that only exists in the English version. If anything, his name should have been translated to Dr. Vile, but that couldn\'t happen for obvious reasons.

But that had hardly be argued as a case for not being evil. Copy X is clearly so in Zero 1.

See, that\'s the part were I was just making things up.
Wily wasn\'t heard of in the X series, so why should he still be alive? And Weil was made \'cyborg\' by the humans of his time, 100 years before Zero 4.

For me, sheerly looks-wise, I\'d have to say that Copy X is my favorite. I also like Harpuia and Fefnir, though. I never played any past MMZ1, though, so... XD

Okay, on topic. I\'m not terribly sure if the Guardians knew that Copy X was not the real thing or not, but I, personally, think they did. I think that they were in service to the original X beforehand, because they are loyal to him, as though they\'ve worked for him before. In my opinion, the Guardians continued serving under Copy X thinking that they were doing the right things for the humans.

Blame me for X\'s lead.

Hhhmm.Flareman you didnt vote for Fefnir all those times did you.You are one of the only major Fefnir fans yet.

Since I haven\'t actually encountered enough of these characters to make a fair judgement, and considering how bad Capcom\'s MM series plots usually are, I won\'t even bother voting on whom I hate most.

Leviathan is still the coolest (literally and figuratively), though, and gets my vote based on that. She\'s not even really evil, in my opinion, and that adds to her score.

I like two mostly. Copy X and Zero.

X: The way he talks is awesome. Nough said.

Zero: Fun to fight, his shade of red is cooler cause it\'s \"blood red\". Cool suprise to see. Fun to fight and fun to fight. So Zero it is.

Fenfir: Can\'t forget him. Fire, awesome, fire, big gun, loves to fight, fire, big gun. I was able to vote twice so to Fenfir it gose!!!

It is also used to cleanse. Holy water burns the undead like there\'s no tomorrow (and there better be none for them).

I still don\'t like Fefnir. It feels that they put him in to complete a set, but he doesn\'t have any cool personality on his own. Harpuia, Phantom, and Leviathan have more interesting personalities, in my opinion. (And I\'ve only played MMZ1.)
