Well, the Pink Floyd one was intentional due to the fact that The Wall was loosely based on Roger Water's life. Loosely.
So when they say "Send your answer to old Pink, care of the funny farm" they're making a crack at the album itself.
Not that anyone cares, but there's more to it.

"Roger, Carolyn's on the phone."
Roger Waters is the bassist.
This could also make reference to Sid, when he went nuts. But who knows?
