I hear that Tenguman is pretty good. What can he do over the other navis in each version?

Be Tenguman.

Seriously, that's enough to make him the coolest navi.

This would probably go best right in the MMBN6 official topic. It's a pretty limited subject, because I'm sure some guy who's already beaten the Japanese version to a living pulp can give you a full synopsis. <_< So yeah, just post the question there.

Having played through both versions, I have this to say about TenguMan.EXE:

You heard correctly - he is good. Although the class you must take to get him as a link navi can get frustrating, it is rewarding in the end. The cross he gives you actually is better than the navi himself - TenguCross gives you a WindRack charge-up. Lame, right? Not if you use AirShoes! With that program, Left+B summons a gust with a fan effect, pulling enemies into range. Not quite as strong as WindSoul, but close. Not only that but his NaviChip strikes twice in a predetermined zone of the field, causing big damage. Yes, TenguMan is master of the wind! :D
