I was about to reach to the last ruins where the last key to the motherload, strangely, when i went to the area where roll is at in the flutter, roll is gone and i have to check every room in the flutter, after that, i went down in the flutter, i started checking, i check the bathroom and before i look in, there was a voice of roll, Roll say: Eek! What are you think you're doing?!

Finally, i found roll in a bathroom.

You know, this game has lots of strange features.

Yes, yes it does. I remember that scene all to well. Ah, the fun of Megaman's odd placement of suggestive humor.

There's a similar scene in the first MML, I'm sure you remember. Right around the Gesselshaft battle.
