No problem. There's plenty of interesting stuff in ZX. Like... did you know you can change the colors of Aile's clothing?

Well, you still need Omega relatively close to the screen or else the charged shot won't hit him. But if you get close enough behind him, whack away with the ZX Saber. Just be careful... Omega has at least one new trick from Zero 3. He's got this nasty seven-hit saber combo that does a LOT of damage. And if you get hit by it, you can't escape until he's finished it.

Like I said, he's mean. >.>

Also, the area you're thinking is Area K. That wasn't fun at all. I died like seven times getting that tank. Getting the one from the two nurses was repetitive and annoying, too.

Yeah, that quest and the "love" letter one was annoying and repeditive too.

I loved how the intro to the Omega battle was. Exactly like Zero 3. Btw, the words he says in japanese? My friend Kaoru said it translates into "I am a messiah! Ha ha ha!" which was awesome.

What was the image flickering in the background? I wasn't sure, I was paying more attention to not getting my rear handed back to me by Omega to really get a good look at it.

I'll give you a hint. It involves a little girl.

Well, Omega does have an inferiority complex with Zero... and with his mindset and Zero's power, he'd think he was a god or something. Like Weil said.

Yeah, the standard background was the black hole/disintegrating planet thing, but once the battle with Omega started, an image between the battlefield and the background started flickering in black and white.

I don't think Omega reappears, though I haven't managed to get over the spike pit to check. Unless you've got a save file for the entire fight.

Well, as it is, OX is the most combat-versatile Model... seeing how it has an elemental attack for each of the three spectrums... though if it were EXACTLY like Omega was in the fight, Serpent would never had stood a chance.

Omega reappears. I've killed him several times over now. Still dunno what the image is - too much homework...

Ah well. Omega was, in a sense, a god of destruction, loosely using the term god, but yeah, he kicked butt.

The only two things you can't do that Omega did with OX that I saw were:
-The eight-hit killer combo
-That awesome pose he does when you walk in (it looks like his hair appeared whenhe moved his arm)

It does. Find the secret disk for him in N-1, and it'll show him in his starting pose.

Well, if he reappears, looks like I've got incentive to cross that annoying spike field again.

Omega, as far as I can tell, uses:

Z-Buster/Z-Saber Combo: Two charged shots and a blade beam
Retsuzan: Three hit saber combo
Eight Hit Saber Combo
Kuuenbu and Kuuenzan (Sky Waltz and Sky Slash): Double jump and mid-air spin slash.
Rakuhouha/Messenko (Fallen Pheonix Crush/Destruction Flash): Punch the ground, fires energy blasts in all directions.
Tenshouha: Punch the ground, energy beams surrounding Omega.
Tenshouzan: Rising sword uppercut.

Model OX grants you:
Retsuzan: Three hit saber combo
Z-Buster, can be charged in normal mode. Overdrive grants rapid fire charge shots.
Shinkuujin (Throw Blade): Overdrive, hold down and use saber, has Thunder elemental damage.
Z-Buster/Z-Saber Combo: Overdrive, Level 2 charge shot and use Kougenjin/Zaneidan
Ryuenjin/Tenretsujin/Shouenga (Dragon Flame Blade/Split Heavens/Rising Flame Fang): Overdrive, hold up and use saber, has Flame elemental damage. (Flaming uppercut)
Kuuenzan (Sky Slash): Hold up and use saber in mid-air; Overdrive grants Ice elemental damage while flinging energy waves in all directions.
Earth Gaizer: Overdrive, hold down and use buster.
Rakuhouha/Messenko (Fallen Pheonix Crush/Destruction Flash): Overdrive; level 1 charge with buster while holding down.
Rekkouha (Splitting Light Command: Overdrive; level 2 charge with buster while holding down. (Energy beams covering screen.)

Model OX kicks major rear.

If Ω is still alive, all Zero did in Z3 amounted to nothing.
In area O, you see Slither ships BOMBING people, and yet they still adore lil' Serpie *hurls*

Iono about Serpent. But for Vent... obviously the french would.

Vent, Aile, Girouette, and Prairie are all french words, for Wind, Wing, Weather Vane, and Meadow, respectively.

Zero would be spinning in his grave. Although it could be some sort of phantom projection of Omega from the Biometal Model O.

Well, that just goes to show that people are idiots. Or lemmings. Same thing, really.

Edit: the flickering background is that of the lab Zero was found in in Zero 1, and with what looks to be the wreckage from Omega's second form in Zero 3. So in other words, its the final battleground from Zero 3.

Oh, so Area N is just like the last area of X5 on the fact that it's a lab warped by (OMG) ∑ virus or other virus effect!

It could be the really really secret REAL Model W, that of Wily! Who was cut out of the North American version because Ronnie got a stomach ulcer and demanded it in a fit of indigestion!

Serpent merged with Wily? It'll take a while to draw that up, but I'll try. Somebody's gotta do it, right?

No no, two different Biometals, obviously. But Wily would consider Weil just a cheap ripoff of him, right? A Wily Biometal would do the same.

Well, Wily WAS the first one to make a giant orbital platform... not Repliforce with their Final Weapon.

Actually, Wily gave Sigma his Ragnarok, where Prometheus and Pandora have retreateed to. Seeing Sigma in his extremely weakened state, the create Model ∑ to bring him back again. And thus, ZX2 is on the horizon (for Japan, anyway).
