Well, MegaMan has always had some cool ways with words, and many of you probably noticed all of these, but whatever - I had to show them somewhere.

Pseudoroid: Take the prefix pseudo, meaning "fake", which is exactly wat they were - fake Mega Men.

Lurerre the Abysroid: The "abys" part dealing with the abyssal plain at the bottom of the ocean, where fish with light-lures like Lurerre lurk

Biometal: (duh) bio referring to life, metal meaning metal - this is where the name "live metal" comes from, but everyone knows this

There's much more than that, but I don't feel like it right now. I want to get to another part of this - where certain MM things meet with rea-world legends and religious stories:

And I read that Paradise Lost is a poem referring to Biblical references, too

That's interesting. Noah's Ark and Jakob were pretty obvious, though. And I was wondering, would it be wise to practically worship a company who's logo and mascot is a snake? I mean, wouldn't that throw someone off a little?

Pandora: Greek mythological figure who opened the box that let out all the world's evils.

Yeah, it doesn't stop there. The Z series have the most religious references.

Fefnir: Either the wolf chained down until Ragnarok, or Fafnir, the dragon slain by Sigurd.

Sodom and Gomorrah, Fefnir's guns: Two Biblicial cities.

Leviathan: The great sea serpent of the Bible, thought to be a demon in Christianity.

Harpuia: Derived from "harpy" a mythical beast who was part woman, part bird. But Harpuia's still a man, natch.

Einherjar: The big eight of MMZ4 are named after the Einherjar of Norse myth, the collective spirits of those who have died in battle. They were to be used as part of the final army of Odin during the Ragnarok.

Ragnarok: "Twilight of the Gods" in Norse myth, where the world and gods are destroyed and a new age is borne from the ashes. Preceding the Ragnarok is Fimbulwinter, a series of winters that will inspire wars and cause men to kill each other.

And so on. No, I didn't Wiki this-I knew it off the top of my head, save for the actual name of Fimbulwinter and the correct spelling of Gomorrah.
