for the teleportaiton part have it like when in battle in BN series how, megaman moves, you know, how he turns all blury and kinda appears in the next square
my power is kinda like the needler from Halo2 lol
and dont be afraid to add extra stuff then the basics like me dancing or leaning on a wall all cool like and stuff.
