Nah, he can be quite hard if you don't use his weakness. Besides, his weapons are cool and not all that weak. He's like a weaker Model OX.

Edit: Who said it was for Van or Elie? I could imagine Giro more using it.

As much as I hate to say it now, I actually WANT to see how a Lumine biometal would play out. Especially against Model A.
