I dunno, maybe Axl just takes a "picture" of the reploid and makes a makeshift body of his own. You never know, plotholes and such make it so you have something to think about during the day so you don't get bored XD

...okay, let's slim it down.
What major non-human MegaMan X character has some sort of gem on their head, excluding the Navis and support, etc.
(Vile had the Sigma insignia - that counts)

Still: MegaMan Juno. Data. Classic Roll. Roll Caskett (is a Carbon ;o).

Those are from the Classic Series and MegaMan Legends Series. I said only from the X Series.

Point is, I'm saying a great number of MegaMan characters have gems on their heads, purposeful or not, or just some distingushing mark. Point made, let the questions die.

And now Axl's got Lumine and potentially Sigma inside of him. And they won't make X9...

Instead, they could also make a X-Z series (bridging the gap between X and Z series) in which AXL IS THE VILLAIN ZOMG!

I personally have come to like RD's idea. A lot. At first I only liked it a little because it was so... odd to have such a new character in a leading role. But now that I get how it could work I think it's a pretty cool idea.

It was just a suggestion. >.>

Hell, considering Capcom, the possibility of them coming with an evil Axl might be pretty high!



Now work out the big stuff, no? Like, characters, items, little plot devices. ;o

1. Jk, Morph. Capcom won't make an evil Axl - they don't make us happier, remember? *wants to shoot Axl at least ONCE*

2. I've already been thinking hard about characters, etc., but Capcom will most likely kill the idea because they didn't think of it first.

2.1. Also, Axl sucks.
2.1.1. Dog doo isn't as crappy as Axl.
2.2. Therefore, any series containing Axl will be contaminated with suck.

As I implied in the other topic, I would love to see Axl go maverick, and decide to hunt all of the new-generation reploids in order to absorb the Sigma DNA and get Sigma's power, only to--at the last moment--be consumed by a resurrected Sigma, which is then Mother Elf'd out of existence.

Now THAT would be awesome. AND something most people (read: I) could certainly live with.

That seems like a very good idea too. Axl leaves in a perfectly fitting plot sequence also.

He meant half a Biometal without Model X in Double Megamerge, storyline-wise and not gameplay-wise. As, if you think about it, Model X could provide what was missing.

And Colonel, Iris, and Signas all had hats, and with Iris she had so much hair you wouldn't be able to tell anyways.

The whole question died forever ago, but Signas hada gem in his hat. Wrong question to ask - it's just that so many playable characers do, it's pretty necessary for one now.

Half a Biometal without Model X? Hmmm...
I think that maybe they either wouldn't be able to use them or the abilities they get are a bit simplified. If they did use half the Biometal, maybe they'd get the looks and a few moves, but not too much. Like it'd be FX minus the shot editor and fire blast in the punch.
