i'm having trouble with my PC for quite some time now and i'v had enough of it

when I play a game with higher specs then Unreal Tournament GOTY edition, or Red Alert 2, Yuri's revenge, my computer will freezes after about 15 minutes or shorter and ceases to function

the Screen freezes, mouse and Keyboard do not respond to anything, and the only way to turn the damn thing off is by pushing and holding the ON switch until it stops

the strangest thing is that my last computer had the exact same problem, and the specs were only half as high.

my specs

1 X DDR 512 PC400 Twinmos in 1 slot

3 X PCI 2.2 32 Bits PCI Bus slots

An IDE controller on the VT8237R chipset provides IDE

This sounds like a problem with your graphic card... Maybe you could contact the manufacturer, or update your drivers for it?

I'll have you know that the ATI Radeon X800 series was one of the most powerful video cards on the market in '04.
