OfflineSo... my computer blue screened on me, and now every time I restart it blue screens while booting up and resets. So now I'm stuck in a loop.
I'm gonna give it another go in the morning, then I'm going to have a fit and whine about it for a few hours.
Oh, and the screen says something about a memory dump I think. But I can't read it because it disappears seconds later.
Maybe you can try changing your ram.
OfflineNevermind, I fixed it with a ChkDsk... though I did lose the paper that's due tomorrow and is worth a large part of my grade in two classes.
ouch, that's awful...I'd send your professors an e-mail post-haste, if I were you.
OfflineI ditched school to try and fix the situation, and when my power company cut the power to fix something in the area I just called one of my friends to give a message to the teachers in question.
(I'm a Junior in High School, so they ain't professors. :P)

Well, that considered, I'd assume they'd be lenient and/or understanding. Unless, you know, they hate you. 
Chances are, something maxed out your current RAM, and virtual memory.
So you had a STOP error NT/XP as Bluescreens are 98 and ME below.
It was just saving you from a major disaster in reality, of course your paper was in the current memory dump, thus losing it.
I'd say increase your RAM.
