Wait, do you mean a hard drive or a hard drive disk? The hard drive disk (HDD) is the rectangular piece that attaches to the Xbox as a storage device. A regular hard drive is the kind that goes in a computer. XD

Quite the same, Met. lol

Also, the 360 should come with a harddrive, I'm not sure why it wouldn't, but if it didn't then here. Cause you'll have to buy it from the accessories store, or some retailer, cause I'm not sure where they sell them, but yeah.

Also, you can purchase an Xbox Live Gold card which is 49.99, it allows one free month, and then 12 months prepaid, so its good for a year and one month.

You have to have a DSL/Cable connection for Xbox Live, you connect from your Cable/DSL modem to your xbox, or if the modem connects to a router, then from the router to the xbox on a Cat 5 cable.

Not as of a few weeks ago! Microsoft released yet another version of the console, the Xbox 360 Arcade System, which has some built-in Flash memory instead of a hard drive. I'm not sure if a drive can actually be added to that one. It's main advantage is that it's cheaper than all of the other versions of the console.
