(Ah, I decided to make a new post concerning this because the others were bogged down with replies -that- and I did not want to interfer with anyone's conversation.)

I've been among internet RPG for many years, but I have yet to settle down at a forum of any kind. That being said, I'm truthfully very confused...

I have quite a bit of questions about the RPG section(s) and what is allowed as things seemed a little haywire from what I could gather. Concerning characters, do you think perhaps there should be a separate post with the descriptions for each? It could be used as a backdated reference for those who later apply and want to be a part of such. Also, what type of character (normal canon or made up) is a person allowed to have, and at that, how many? Free-form RP (such as a person doesn't have a set character and simply makes one for each plot) is fine in my opinion, but I'm rather confused as to which type is preferred here. And finally, are we allowed to start a new RPG adventure ourselves? That is, with the correct permission of course.

Yeah, if you really want answers then let me lay this out. That monster evolved into a whole new roleplay site, and if you want the gist of this RPG then you really are going to need to go there.

Anyways, there's only one RPG section, and that's the An RPG thread. Separate posts for characters won't be needed. Basically, if you have a character, throw him in and do whatever. Its pretty freedom-based, so long as you don't god-mode. Normal, canon, whatever, its allowed, and there's no limit to how many: the only limit is the one you set, so you don't like, lose track of them (Which I did to three of them, heh). So yeah, basically its free-form here. There's a few ongoing plots, and they have a tendency to be interwoven together, but generally its a good idea to PM one of the people RPing and ask them before jumping into their storyline, so you don't accidentally screw something up.

And as Dranzer posted, that link leads to an on-going "sequel" to the one here. You can find the background and plot of this one posted on the site. There's rules there, but you don't have to join the site to view it if you don't want to. And if you do, well, the more the merrier.
