This video is interesting on the base that yes, it could be an official preview, but note that only the top screen is shown, couple with the off-centered camera showing a bit of the frame to the left of the game.

A ROM has been leaked, supposedly. I don't know where it is, however (trust me...I looked >_> <_<) but if a ROM has been leaked, then it's safe to say the game is actually DONE.

Megaman ZX: Advent moved up it's release date by a month, nearly. Could SF3 do the same?
