This challenge will start on Tuesday, April 14th, and end on Wednesday, May 13th. During this time, I will:
1. Reducing how much I eat every day by cutting down on food portions.
2. Reviewing my yearly goals and weekly plans every day. (This also includes making weekly plans, naturally.)
