The news from E3 are still coming in, with big and little news items alike.

In a somewhat unexpected move, it looks like the upcoming New Super Mario Bros. Wii game will include none other than Bowser's seven kids! IGN has a nice screenshot of Morton Koopa Jr. The game suddenly went from "ehh, fun" to "oooh, want" in my mind. I'm sorry Bowser Jr., but you're a bit too generic.

Fun trivia: the Koopa Kids were supposed to be included as bosses in Super Princess Peach, but they were replaced by other battles as they apparently were too similar to each other. The game lacked variety because of that. It goes to show that Nintendo hasn't forgotten about these little pests.

The initial reports claim that the game doesn't support WiFi play, unfortunately. Nintendo claims that the Wii's limits are already at their pushed by managing a local four players game. This surprises me quite a bit since the game doesn't look all that complicated to handle, but meh.

There's time for that to change before the end of the year, of course.
