Could it be an Age of Empires game?
I was about to say Age of Mythology, since those houses looked a lot like the ones in there, but it's not. The church shows that. So it has to be an Age of Empires game, I would say, yeah.

This is hard so I will say its a PC game.
One, its from Chex Quest. Two, the image won't appear if you don't visit it directly by copying the address. Three, the address gives it away. Four,

What are the odds that the single upcoming remake of a RPG for the PSP that I've heard about is a Lunar game... From there, it wasn't too difficult to find the proper name. I'd never have guessed that the original was a SegaCD game, though.
