Jailbreak is a cyber-punk styled FPS sourcemod. It's a versus game like Team Fortress 2, but with a catch- if the enemy team forces your entire team back into your spawn/ jail, the doors will lock and you'll be stuck in there with a time limit. Your team needs to go through some platforming and other challenges to escape from your prison, or all of you will be executed and you lose.

If you have a source game installed (TF2, L4D, L4D2, etc) then all you need to do is dl and run the EXE to get it working.
