Here\'s the thing... you have to put in MORE THAN 1 chip. I get Roll v3, GutsMan v3, Gateman v3, and AirMan v3 all the time.

It is possible to get V3 i got my PlanetMan v3 from the ACDC town chip trader ! I also got my V2 NaplamMan from there it gives Navi chips even if you didn t fight them with the exception of Bass ! Also in Marine harboryou can get chips with 5 stars even Life Aura 3 it also gives anti sword, damage, recv & navi !!! The one in Netopia I am not sure what that does !!!

InactiveOn gamefaqs there is a faq that tell\'s you all about what chips you can get from which trader.
Yup thats where I got My info !!!
Some Rare chips I got was Guardian,
Anti Sword x2, Damage .I got PlanetMan v3,NapalmMan v2 , ShadowMan v2, FrezzeMan v3 and a bunch of others that arnt that important to put on . I also got Anubus .
