Mystery Science Theater is probably the best place to get one-liners in my opinion. My favorite is "He tried to kill me with a forklift!" which is also part of a song they sing for a certain series of movies they watched.

Sam & Max is also another great one-liner quote fest, especially from Max. My favorite is "I have been authorized by the jurisdiction of whatever city this is to punish you in whatever way I can think of!".
