This looks like a solid tablet OS design, it's very smooth-looking while being reminiscent of Windows Phone 7. I was beginning to worry about how I could use the computer to do some actual work, until the standard Windows 7-like desktop showed up. That eased my fears.
I really like Windows 7, and I think Microsoft has learned some lessons to continue forward with 8.

I loved the introduction to Windows 8. If my Television were a touch screen I'd upgrade to that in a heart beat when it came out. Unfortunately it ISNT thus making this OS redundant even if it DOES work without touchscreens.
