While this game isn't new and some of you may have played it before, I recently finished it and it is easily the funniest games I've ever played in my life.
You play as Charles Barkley in a post-apocalyptic New York City, and it is essentially the story of you trying to survive in a world where b-ball has been outlawed.
This game is great because the story is absolutely ridiculous and it constantly makes fun of other games, but it manages to take itself completely seriously throughout. The dialogue remains absolutely deadpan, even in the most absurd situations (and trust me, there are a lot of these).
The gameplay is also really great--the combat system is heavily inspired by SMRPG and the Mario & Luigi series. There's a multitude of armor/items and status effects, just like you'd expect from any RPG.
My only real issues with this game are that it is short and easy, but dialogue more than makes up for these shortcomings. Plus, this game is entirely devoid of grinding, so the reasoning behind its difficulty and length is legitimate and stops them from being problematic. Overall, it's a great experience and I highly suggest you guys download it and give it a try. I myself will probably play through it a second time, only because I missed out on a few sidequests.
The Tales of Game's website appears to be down, so I'll provide my own download link until it's back up. The game is free, so do not worry about this being piracy or anything like that.
