It will come out February 11th this year in Japan.
I will be going to view it at a pre-release viewing next week at the International Film Festival in Rotterdam.

This looks surprisingly accurate, characters and story wise. I was expecting something off-beat based on the core characters only...

Saw that trailer a few months back, when I heard this was the primary reason Phoenix Wright made it into UMVC3.
I'd like to see it, but I'm not expecting a whole lot.
I dearly hope it will be on the awesome end of the spectrum, because I may need to take my sister to see it a second time, since she won't be able to come with me to one of the first three out of four viewings in Rotterdam.

It was at a local film festival.
I catched Friday's screening, and I must agree with the above individual: it's awesome!
I wasn't sure how they'd handle fitting the plot of the entire first game in a movie, but they did it: they cut just the right amount of content to keep a complete story that makes sense... at least, by Ace Attorney standards. And it's hilarious too!
