A special showing airing October 2nd, following the story of Pokemon Red and Blue (Green in Japan). Will actually follow the game closely and use the correct protagonists (ie no Ash). It's something people have been wanting to see for a while so there's already a decent amount of buzz about it.

It'll be airing at night in Japan, and they've specifically said it's aimed at those who originally played the gameboy games years ago, so it may actually be a bit more mature than the usual fluff we typically see.
