I would say I'd like to see Mega Man Powered Up Legacy Collection, Mega Man Maverick Hunter X Legacy Collection (X1 - X6), Mega Man Soccer, Mega Man Power Battles + Power Fighters + Battle & Chase: Remastered, Mega Man X Command Mission, Mega Man Legends Legacy Collection, and Mega Man StarForce Legacy Collection, etc, etc..
What am I missing here?..

Both the Power Battle and the Power Fighters made it to the Switch as part of the Capcom Arcade Stadium vol. 2, so these two are covered in a way. Even the elusive Mega Man: Battle & Fighters for the NGPC made it as part of the Neo Geo Pocket Color Selection vol. 2! The rest of them make for a nice wishlist.
