Looks like the server's PHP version was updated and their aging codebase has problems dealing with it...

Somebody needs to continue them robot design contests i think? Sprites Inc could help Capcom USA make more 8-bit Mega Man games if the community can create newer robot sprites better than Tornado Man being a cheap immitation of a green Quick Man, and submit them sprites to Capcom USA.
Blade Man was an example of fan work from Nintendo Power Magazine years ago.
