I'd guess never since it's a side game that didn't exactly set the world on fire. If it was meant to get a second chance, it would have been in the Legacy Collection.,
There's also the issue that the rights of the Battle Network series are complicated, so the odds of it getting included into a "Misc Legacy Collection" of sorts are low.
