:conf:Where can i Fight him?

in the ula net 5 north /northwestern:devil:

you can find him in ula net 5 around the glowing part where you can find sub chip unlocker

You have to fight him in Undernet 5 but you get there through Undernet 6. You know that place above Undernet 5 that you can\'t reach from the same area? It\'s a big platform ontop of Undernet 5. You can\'t get there through Undernet 5 so try taken a certain route through Undernet 6 to get there. That\'s the only way to get there is through Undernet 6. Use these Maps and click on \'Undernet.gif\' to pin point Shadowmans whereabouts.

Okay, that link above does not work so just go to GameFAQS and Search for Megaman Battle Network 2. Once you\'ve done that, click on FAQS beside the Results of you Search. Then you can either look uo a Walkthrough or you can just download the Maps in Zip form.
