Not the purple guy, the one you give the zapring2 b chip too, i meet up with Doc and now i need to find his freind in netopia, but where in the heck is he in netopia, ive searched and i searched but to no prevail, does any body now where i can find docs freind? this is the most annoying part of the game...the part where the nets iced up alout. any body now where i can find a guide on rockman exe 2 or something or help me out
